My name is Danny Waker-Drake. I am a diversity, equity and inclusion champion for mental health and an IPS employment specialist. I facilitate the conversations between colleagues and the business surrounding mental health awareness and the LGBTQ+ topics whilst sharing my own personal stories.
Support I offer
Starting the conversations is the platform and service I deliver to workplace environments who are looking to start or continue their engagement surrounding mental health awareness and the LGBTQ+ topics . I volunteer in person in and around Bristol and deliver virtual sessions nationally.
